Tennessee Boarding Schools
Boarding Schools in Tennessee
There are many different kinds of troubled teen programs which operate in Tennessee. They all differ in their compatibility with your troubled teen. Some programs are short-term and deal with troubled teens who are rebelling against authority, entitled, and are out of control. Boot camps are a good example of this type of program. Boot camps give entitled teens a wake-up call and teach them discipline through military structure and physical exercises.
Other programs like group homes are far more structured and restrictive because they deal with troubled teens who are drug users or who have mental disorders. They employ medical staff to provide therapy and supervise the teens around the clock. Alternative schools use a different teaching method to help teens who have ADHD or other learning disabilities.
